Before you book with IRMC

Name the clinician and laboratory team

IRMC names reproductive clinicians Zitao Liu and ShengHua Tai and senior embryologist Miao Cheng. Confirm local availability and responsibilities for the planned cycle; overseas affiliations do not establish Bishkek clinical privileges.

Define the coordination scope

The process description includes visa-support letters, arrival help and accommodation recommendations. Ask which services are included, which are referrals and which company provides them. Assistance is different from payment of travel costs.

Read quotation dates and endpoints

The undated brochure includes one-transfer and repeated-retrieval offers. The 2025 USD version expired on 31 May 2025. Ask for a current replacement and a clear definition of any repeat-cycle period or pregnancy endpoint.

Timing and communication

Appointments

IRMC describes remote review before arrival, then treatment, result confirmation and handover. Ask for your own schedule, identify which appointments require physical attendance and confirm who can authorise changes to travel dates.

Language and coordination

The FAQ describes English and Mandarin communication and contact with a coordinator and treating physician. Confirm which person handles medical decisions, which handles logistics and how consent and follow-up discussions will be interpreted if needed.

Follow-up after your visit

The FAQ describes provision of medical records and subsequent remote contact; the process page describes liaison with care near home. Ask for the specific reports, storage documentation, contact route and limits of remote support in your proposal.

IRMC: practical questions

Can the first medical discussion take place remotely?

IRMC’s FAQ describes video consultations and review before travel. Confirm the clinician, documents, consultation charge, platform and what the remote discussion can determine before booking a visit.

Is the CNY package a conversion of the older USD quote?

No conversion has been established. The supplied documents have different scopes, and the USD quotation explicitly expired on 31 May 2025. The undated ¥ brochure is recorded as a CNY reference subject to currency and validity confirmation.

Does a two-year retrieval programme include unlimited transfers?

The supplied undated brochure lists repeated retrievals within two years but only one frozen transfer, with additional-transfer charges. Medication and other extras are also excluded. Read the full scope instead of extending the word “unlimited” to every service.
