Public donor-oocyte service information and distinct donor-material fee units.
Sources & identityStart with the proposed treatment and the information available about the donor and material. Donor egg IVF followed by your own pregnancy and donor eggs combined with surrogacy are different pathways.

Ask the reproductive clinician what is proposed, who provides the sperm, who will carry the pregnancy and how assessment, laboratory work and transfer fit together. Eligibility and clinical suitability are separate decisions.
Establish whether the offer uses fresh or frozen eggs, a shared or dedicated allocation and what unit or quantity is supplied. Ask what information is available and which screening has actually been completed.
Ask who receives and identifies material, performs fertilisation, records embryo development and explains any proposed genetic testing. A quoted number of eggs is not a promise of embryos, pregnancy or birth.
Record the permitted use, storage, later transfer and future access to donor-conception information. Clarify the legal position for the recipient, any partner, donor and intended child in the relevant jurisdictions.
Ask about the unit, allocation, timing and which collection, freezing or thawing stages are included. Do not compare two headline prices without matching the material and treatment scope.
Explore this topic →Distinguish a profile, photograph and stated characteristics from verified identity and documented clinical screening. Ask what is unknown and how medical updates can be communicated.
Explore this topic →Identify fertilisation, culture, transfer, storage and any proposed testing separately. Ask about charges or alternatives if fewer usable eggs or embryos are available than expected.
Explore this topic →Add the distinct surrogacy eligibility, contracting, pregnancy-care and parenthood questions. Receiving donor eggs does not itself establish access to surrogacy.

This is a scope explanation, not a national price average. Specific fees and historical versions remain with the relevant provider.
Current legal eligibility is not established by a provider’s service menu or package. Our legal guides explain the available sources and the current-law questions that still need professional verification.
The medical provider’s policy and the applicable legal conditions are separate. Specify family circumstances, nationality, residence, material source and the intended pregnancy pathway.
Read the legal questions →Check permitted use, storage, withdrawal or amendment conditions and the record holder. Do not copy another country’s anonymity rules into a Kyrgyz agreement.
Read the legal questions →Assess the donor’s and recipient’s legal status and the recognition needed in any home jurisdiction, especially when donation is combined with surrogacy.
