Sources & identityA surrogacy arrangement involves more than an IVF cycle. Start by identifying the clinical pathway, the people and organisations responsible, and the legal and document route for your actual circumstances.

Distinguish own eggs, donor eggs and existing embryos. Identify the people who intend to become parents and obtain separate medical and legal assessments before relying on a package or a provider’s welcome message.
The IVF clinic, coordinator, donor-material service, pregnancy-care team, maternity hospital and legal adviser may be separate. Record who performs each task, holds records, receives payment and remains responsible if another organisation changes.
Ask the treating team to explain assessment, embryo creation or receipt, any proposed testing and transfer. The clinical plan determines treatment and timing; a commercial milestone table is not a medical protocol.
Define clinical communication, consent and medical decisions, support for the person carrying the pregnancy, complications and postpartum care. Separately verify birth registration, legal parenthood, nationality and the route home.
Explore who will receive stimulation and retrieval care, which clinician and laboratory are responsible, and what happens if the planned next stage is not reached.

This is a scope explanation, not a national price average. Specific fees and historical versions remain with the relevant provider.
Current legal eligibility is not established by a provider’s service menu or package. Our legal guides explain the available sources and the current-law questions that still need professional verification.
Marriage, family composition, nationality, residence, medical indications and genetic relationships need case-specific review. Current foreign-applicant eligibility is not confirmed by this website.
Read the legal questions →Identify the licensed clinical provider, local parties, surrogate’s consent and advice, notarisation requirements and continuing care duties under applicable current law.
Read the legal questions →Local registration, recognition elsewhere, nationality and a passport are separate questions. A document-assistance package does not control a court or consulate’s decision.
Read the legal questions →Check which rules apply on your planned dates and whether reported proposals have taken effect. The legal guide explains the available historical text and the current-law questions that remain unresolved.
Read the legal questions →The clinics below publish related service information or appear in supplied quotations. Confirm the actual service, availability and eligibility directly; inclusion here is not a recommendation. Medical care and coordination may involve separate organisations.
