Public donor-sperm service and fee information; quantities and clinical use require an individual proposal.
Sources & identityDonor sperm is one part of a treatment plan. Establish its source, available information, consent and intended use, then ask the clinician how it fits the proposed treatment and the relevant legal conditions.

Ask the clinician which treatment is being considered and what assessment is needed. Donor sperm availability does not automatically establish acceptance for every individual, relationship or surrogacy arrangement.
Identify the supplying clinic or bank, donor/material identifiers, screening documentation and available donor information. A profile photograph does not establish the full screening or legal record.
Ask the laboratory which quantity and preparation it requires, how the material is transported or received where relevant, and how identity and consent remain linked. Let the treating team determine clinical requirements.
Specify who stores the records, how new medical information can be communicated, what future access may be available and what happens if the clinic or bank closes. Legal parenthood needs its own review.
Ask who supplies and holds the donor record and whether any handling, delivery or receiving charges are separate. The label “bank” does not settle licence, quality or consent questions.
Explore this topic →Distinguish information supplied to a recipient from the full confidential clinical record. Ask which tests, dates, reporting standards and limitations are relevant to the proposed use.
Explore this topic →The sperm unit, storage and medical procedure can be charged separately. Ask which quantity is required for the planned treatment and what later use or additional attempts would cost.
Explore this topic →Sending, receiving, consent and permitted use require separate checks. Agree facility acceptance and documentary requirements before booking a courier.

This is a scope explanation, not a national price average. Specific fees and historical versions remain with the relevant provider.
Current legal eligibility is not established by a provider’s service menu or package. Our legal guides explain the available sources and the current-law questions that still need professional verification.
Identify the permitted use and record holder, and ask how the relevant people consent to treatment, storage and any later transport.
Read the legal questions →Do not assume parenthood is resolved by the word “donation”. Obtain an answer addressing the applicable law, treatment setting, relationship and home jurisdiction.
Read the legal questions →A clinic accepting donor material does not establish every applicant’s treatment eligibility, parenthood recognition or a future child’s nationality.
Read the legal questions →The clinics below publish related service information or appear in supplied quotations. Confirm the actual service, availability and eligibility directly; inclusion here is not a recommendation. Medical care and coordination may involve separate organisations.
