What the document includes

  • Collection describes medical planning, record preparation, specialist booking, local transport and Chinese-language coordination. Establish which company provides each service.

Exclusions and extra charges

  • Donor sperm: 1,500 per occasion; donor-sperm information fee: 2,000; donor eggs: 3,000 per occasion.
  • Sperm freezing: 500 per person/year; surgical sperm retrieval: 1,000; later embryo storage: 500 per year, with the start date depending on the programme.
  • Single-gene testing is separately negotiated; confirm medication and all travel/accommodation inclusions in the actual quote.

Conditions and version checks

  • The March package collection limits some higher-risk cases to two cycles before extra stimulation medication charges. The client brochure instead describes some one-year limits and later charges. Do not combine the most favourable terms from different documents.
  • Neither “unlimited” nor an outcome-based label removes clinical admission criteria, limits or extra charges.
  • A different July business schedule supplies gestational-carrier package prices below; its validity wording applies to that schedule, not automatically to these IVF prices.

Image states effective from 1 July 2026

A supplied Jihaoyun business-price image states that the prices are in US dollars and effective from 1 July 2026, superseded if updated. It is not a clinic-public-web price list. All six totals are USD 10,000 above the corresponding March collection/client-brochure totals; the documents do not explain the difference.

What the document includes

  • The business schedule identifies payment milestones; broader service descriptions appear in the older collection. Obtain a single current contract specifying all inclusions rather than carrying older inclusions forward automatically.

Exclusions and extra charges

  • Image separately quotes donor eggs 3,000, donor sperm 1,500, sperm-information fee 2,000, surgical retrieval 1,000 and infection handling 5,000.
  • Carrier replacement 5,000; caesarean 3,000; twin compensation 10,000 in two stages. These amounts describe charges, not a recommendation for multiple pregnancy.
  • The image allocates newborn hospital costs 50/50 before 32 weeks and to the client after 32 weeks; exactly 32 weeks is not clearly allocated. Confirm definitions and caps.

Conditions and version checks

  • The six earlier March totals were 52,000 / 65,000 / 80,000 / 70,000 / 85,000 / 90,000 for D1 / D2 / D2N / D3 / D3NY / D3N. They are older references, not alternative current offers.
  • For certain medical profiles the image limits included repeat treatment to one year; later ICSI or screening cycles carry stated additional charges. Donor-repeat limits also apply.
  • Version differences may reflect revised prices or different commercial scopes. The reason has not been confirmed.
  • A package brochure cannot establish foreign-client eligibility, parentage, passport issuance or enforceability of contractual risk cover.

Published fee schedule

Original references use ¥ on the Chinese-language page and are recorded here as CNY, subject to written confirmation. They are starting points, not a full travel budget. “Multiple” or “unlimited” wording is a contract description to clarify, not a medical guarantee or confirmation that every advertised selection purpose is permissible.

These are selected published items, rather than a binding quotation or a complete statement of charges. Do not add every row together: some services overlap or are alternatives.

Building a personal quote

Ask the provider to identify the treatment stages that apply to your medical plan and to put the contracting entity, currency, validity period and payment schedule in writing.

  • Separate consultations, stimulation medication, retrieval, fertilisation, embryo culture and transfer.
  • For PGT, distinguish embryo biopsy from genetic analysis, shipping and a later frozen transfer.
  • Specify freezing units, storage periods, donor-material units and any repeat-cycle charges.
  • Request cancellation, refund and unused-material terms, plus interpreter and coordination charges.

Tang’s standalone services and coordination packages have different scopes. The source’s ¥ references are recorded here as CNY subject to confirmation; obtain an explicit currency statement and do not interpret package wording as a guaranteed clinical outcome.
