THE INSTITUTION & ITS BACKGROUND

Get to know
Tulip International.

Provider and location

Tulip describes a reproductive centre in central Bishkek with cross-border coordination. Its about page gives a first-floor treatment address at Kurmanjan Datka 47. The clinic presents clinical work and practical travel support together; their suppliers and contracts should be identified separately.

Management and medical responsibility

The source names Eno Chan and Howard Yo as executive deans. They are recorded as management, distinct from the clinicians and embryologists listed below. A management title alone does not establish who prescribes or performs treatment.

PEOPLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The source distinguishes management, clinicians, embryologists and nursing. The clinical and embryology names are shortened; they are reproduced as published without supplying invented full names, portraits or credentials.

SERVICES & CLINICAL PATHWAYS

Treatments & laboratory

Services described by the provider. Clinical suitability and the exact treatment plan require an individual assessment.

01

IVF and embryo transfer

The site advertises IVF and embryo-transfer services. A personal plan should identify the treating clinician, laboratory stages and fresh or frozen transfer arrangements.

02

Embryo testing

The technical page describes PGT-A and PGT-M. Confirm the clinical indication, exact assay, reporting laboratory and interpretation for the proposed programme.

03

Fertility preservation and donor-related services

The website lists egg, sperm and embryo freezing and describes donor-related resources. Material source, screening, consent and eligibility should be recorded in the appropriate agreements.

Third-party service scope

The information below shows which related services appear in provider publications or supplied quotations. “Not established” means the reviewed sources do not answer the question. Confirm availability with the medical provider and obtain separate advice on legal eligibility.

Supplied quotation

Donor eggs

Supplied donor-egg packages

The Tulip-branded brochure describes one-retrieval and repeated-retrieval donor pathways. It does not independently authenticate current availability.

FACILITIES & TECHNICAL ROLES

A look inside the provider record.

Embryology equipment as listed

The provider names an IVFtech workstation, ASTEC incubator, Nikon microscope, RI laser system and MTG laboratory systems. These are equipment descriptions in a provider publication, not a check of the installed configuration, maintenance or clinical performance.

Imaging and testing

Mindray ultrasound equipment and PGT-A/PGT-M services are also described. A device list does not establish the full genetic-testing workflow or whether another laboratory performs analysis.

Photographs are attributed to the provider; they are not a record of an independent site visit.

FEES & PROGRAMME SCOPE

Supplied package quotations

The supplied Tulip brochure describes CNY programmes effective from April 2026. Read transport, travel, testing and contractual exclusions alongside the headline.

READ THE SOURCE, THEN THE SCOPE

Supplied CNY package documents

A supplied Tulip-branded brochure describes four CNY packages effective from April 2026. The fee subpage records their scope, exclusions and payment stages; current availability and contracting terms remain unconfirmed. Ask for medical stages, laboratory/testing work, storage and later transfer separately from travel, translation, legal and document services. A broadly described cross-border package needs a written list of suppliers, inclusions and exclusions.

Before payment

Confirm the seller, currency, validity, inclusions, exclusions and the cost of changes to the plan.

FROM FIRST ENQUIRY TO FOLLOW-UP

Planning your visit.

Prepare your questions →
  1. 01

    Identify the clinical plan

The website presents consultation, preparation and medical services as part of a patient journey. Obtain a named clinician’s record review before treating an administrative itinerary as a medical schedule.

  2. 02

    Specify coordination services

The overview describes help with visa, travel, accommodation, medical communication and later documents. These are provider statements, not guarantees of immigration or parentage outcomes.

  3. 03

    Separate later documentation

The site’s travel-document and eligibility descriptions require independent legal and consular checking for the actual applicant. Medical availability alone does not establish those entitlements.

English and Chinese website versions are available. Confirm clinician language and the scope of any coordination service.

CONTACT & LOCAL ARRANGEMENTS

Before you
arrive.

  • Published treatment address: first floor, 47 Kurmanjan Datka Street, Bishkek.
  • The website distinguishes a Kyrgyz hospital phone from a China contact. Confirm the contact and appointment address in writing.
  • The gallery contains images from the provider’s facilities tour, not an independent on-site inspection.

Questions about Tulip International.

Read the full patient guide →
Is embryo transport included in the CNY 438,000 offer?

The supplied cooperation-price image explicitly excludes embryo transport, and the brochure describes a received-embryo pathway. Obtain a separate transport scope and quote, including sending-facility release, receiving approval and handling charges.

Does the received-embryo offer include a new egg retrieval?

The first supplied package is organised around receipt of existing embryos and a carrier pathway. It is not presented as a new retrieval cycle. The own-egg and donor-egg retrieval programmes are different offers.

Does the April 2026 start date make the quote current?

The document states an effective start of 1 April 2026. That does not establish present availability, unchanged prices or indefinite validity. Ask for written confirmation and a dated individual contract.

SOURCES, IDENTITY & UPDATES

The record behind this channel.

What the licence image says

The provider’s image shows a licence reference transliterated as NGMU 4730, dated 25 April 2025, and an International Reproductive Center Tulip entity. This is a reading of the image rather than a certified translation or regulator check.

Registered and activity addresses

The displayed document shows Orozbekova 259 as the licensee address and Kurmanjan Datka 47 as a place of licensed activity. These serve different purposes and should not automatically be described as conflicting treatment addresses.

Still to confirm for your plan

  • Full professional identities, qualifications and patient-level clinical/laboratory responsibility.
  • Regulator confirmation of the document, current entity and permitted scope.
  • A patient-specific quote, testing-laboratory details and aftercare arrangements.
